"I came across this album in the late 80s (thanks, Claudia), and used to play it constantly in my car tape deck. I do have to

confess that I do not know much about Carolyne Mas as an artist,

or where she stands in the cultural context of that period. But the recording (a NY radio station sponsored live concert) always strikes me as very powerful. Carolyne Mas is for me one of those very talented female singers of the late seventies , early eighties which are unfortunately largely forgotten (strangely enough, she has still quite a following in Europe)"
