"Cellski is one of the OGs that put Frisco on the map of the rap game. Many people heard him first on Master P's classic compilation "West Coast Bay Boyz 1", and that shows you that Cellski is a true vet, and he's been doing this for over 10 years. "Mr. Predictor" was first released in 1995, and is Young Cellski's deput LP. Cellski a.k.a. 2 Took represents Frisco to the fullest and he's a very talented rapper and producer. Although you can hear he didn't have the best equipment at that time, the beats are usually VERY tight, and I feel that the album has it's own sound all over it, creating a certain feel and atmosphere. In terms of rapping, Cellski is once again one of the tightest cats around. He's really got a GREAT flow, and his lyrics never dissapoint. Cellski's songs on this one are all about street life - hustlin', trying to survive and doing whatever it takes. Of course, Cell represents Frisco to the fullest. Most of the album has that dark (and you might even say not optimistic) feel to it. Cellski doesn't rap about girls, sex, riding nice cars, California's good wheater or drinking and smoking. This album is all about the streets, the hustle, selling dope, dealing with rivals, survival. The guest appearences are all very impressive, and include : San Quinn, Mac-10, Cougnut, Baldhead and others. This album was very hard to find in reccent years, untill it was finally re-released a few months ago. So get it while it can. This is one of the best Frisco albums to ever come out, real street sh##."
G-Funk in the Bay

"Young Cellski's debut album came out during Hip Hop's golden age, and is up there with any other classic albums of the mid-nineties.

The production is strongly influenced by Southern California G-Funk, a number of the tracks rely heavily on synthesizers, but combined with Cellski's dark, intricate rhyme play over the top, the album is definitely innovative. There are at least 6 great tracks on this album. For this reason I gave it 4 stars, it misses out on the 5th star because there are too many filler tracks where Cellski drags on and on about coming up in the streets of Frisco, saying the same stuff over and over.

Although tracks like 'brain dead' and 'deep in the game' are so good that by themselves they merit 5 stars.
