Originally released in 1980, this release was compiled from a collection of early four-track recordings & a set of live tracks (recorded when the Manchester band was opening for the Talking Heads, at The Electric Ballroom, October 1979). Unlike what you've heard...

"This is such an underrated album. I picked it up when it was relased over 1.5 years ago and it has not left my rotation since. Jangling, spacious guitars sounds, dark, brooding, yet dancey. It's from the post punk hey day, and nothing will ever sound like any of these bands again. An amazing, short lived era, unfortunately. If you love Joy Division, Gang of Four, The Names, or even The Clash, get this. You won't be sorry."
