"This is the second and final chapter in the history of this classic heayv metal London band from the eighties. MAybe their downfall was the fact that this album was released in 1986, and much people tought it had a dated sound.
But this is not true. Chariot rocks so simply, so hard, so raw, so energetic, that you will enjoy it no matter when. Burning Ambition had better production values than its antecessor, the great THE WARRIOR (1983). The line-up was Pete Franklin - vocals and guitar (the "boss" of the band), the excellent guitarist Scott Biaggi on lead guitar, John Smith on bass and powerful drummer Jeff Braithwaithe on drums.
BURNING AMBITION is very, very good."
