"I defy anyone to come up with a cooler song than "Flashback" It is quite possibly the best b-side ever recorded."
A "flashback" to big beats and blasting bass

"Already owning "Surrender," I bought this CD for the B-sides and was pleasantly surprised. "Flashback" is a super tour-de-force a la "Loops of Fury," and it alone made the disc worth every penny. "Scale" was a little dissappointing, based around cheap-sounding, gimmicky synth scales, but it holds up well enough. A good buy for any Chem Bros fan."

"What can i say...the Chemicals have outdone themselves again! I feel all weird saying this cause i'm not from England, but i have to say it anyways. The Chemical Brothers music is just the best. "Surrender" is definitely one of my top five albums this year...maybe top three cause it's so good. Too early to tell, but this single is an excellent representation of the Chemical's groove. It's a hard groove to get out of once you're stuck in it, but it's also a sweet groove. Buy the single and if u like it, buy the album cause the album is fabulous!"
Ahh, the summer of '99

"This song reminds me of watching Rage in the late-summer of '99 with my brother, this was the first Chemical Brothers song I ever heard, and I only liked it because of the great movie clip. After hearing Surrender, which held other great tracks like 'Let Forever Be' and 'The Sunshines Underground' this is what made me come to love the work of the D.Jing duo, the Chemical Brothers. This single is great and I recommend this single way more than the album, because the album only has a few good tracks and it's not worth forking out money for an album when you can buy the best track for 1/3 of the priceSigning Off Now,
