"This is no earth shaking package, in terms of unveiling obscure or lost recordings of the infamous cher 60-70's output. The reason a Cher collector might want this compilation is to listen to remastered cuts from her out of print "Backstage" lp.Cher's version of "A House is not a home" is an overlooked Bacharach gem. "Reason to Believe" by Tim Hardin is a stellar ballad. Other songs are rather familliar mca and imperial cuts that never were chart toppers. On the plus side the tracks sound fresh and are very listenable. The down side, the full "Back Stage" lp should be released! It is one lp not released in Europe, though all her others have seen cd release in the last decade, though out of print now."
