"Just got my Copy of Ms. Cherry's Soul Parade today!
Amazing! Can't understand why Arista decided to shelf her sophmore effort, especially with Bilal and Andre 3000 on her tracks.
Took me 4+years to find this, but the seach is finally over."

"This CD was so down to earth. I couldn't understand why it didn't get more air play. This is one of my favorites. If you ever get a chance to buy it, really listen, you'll enjoy."
I love you...Cherokee!

"From the moment I first saw her on BET, I had to buy her album, but the video's song "ohh...wee...wee" was actually the weakest song on the album. As I listened I couldn't believe how I felt like I was in the room with her as she sang to a crowd. It's not often that the song released is the weak one, showing just how strong of an album it is. I knew I had to tell everyone about this album. I've actually bought two copies, one for home, and one for the car. If there is one disapointment, it was that she wasn't even nominated for best new artist. One thing is certain, she is the most underrated artist out there."
This disk is a brain massage...

"About a week or so ago, I happened to be watching BET (Black Entertainment Television). I was in a terribly foul mood. There just happened to be this exquisitly captivating creature dancing on stage and dropping soulful vibes on every subject from her vision of her own death to how she gained strength from an abusive relationship. I was seduced in every sense of the word. I bought the CD the next day. I've been listening to the CD for a week now and have yet to grow tired of it. Cherokee is life in sound and motion. She's going to be with us for quite some time."
BELIEVE IT OR NOT, THERE'S "WIDELY KNOWN" NEO SOUL AND...

"Lesser known (Even though some would argue that Neo Soul itself is pretty much unknown to the masses). Here is a case of a lesser known neo Soul artist doin' her thang. She's got coffeehouse vibe written all over her. Kinda Jazzy. Kinda Bluesy. Kinda right altogether though. Some standout bumps are the sweet ditty "Oopsy Daisy", the tumultuous "Steppin' Stone", the provocative "Sexy Somethin'", the sexy "Blue Velvet Afta Shave", the hypnotique "I Love You...Me" and the best track, the Jazzy-&-Sexy-As-Hell "Fictitiously." A nice gem of a CD to add to your collection. So go do that. (wink!)"
