Dunster's plaintive violin, guitar, and flute bring to life music that ranges from relaxing to invigorating as successive tracks move through the chakras. Excellent not only for yoga practice, this is music anyone can enjoy.

"While this CD is enjoyable for the simple authentic flavor and richness of the individual tracks, I was unable to enjoy this with a yoga practice, and chose to change CD's in the middle of my class. There is no flow from one track to another, the tracks were arranged in a disjointed fashion where there would be a slow track then a fast track, then maybe another slow track again. Very difficult to build a rhythm or tempo for a class or private yoga setting."
Music to the ears and the soul

"Wow! Classical Indian Music at its best. The music is soothing and lays a great background to practice Yoga or to just unwind. Divine in every way, I have never got bored of this CD as I use it again and again in my Yoga sessions.'Natrani' was the best track for me as it reminds me most of Indian folk-fare whilst the OM Chants mix reverberating both in my soul and mind; 'On Sacred Ground' sets a slow and moving background for getting deeper into the practice. 'Purnima Namaskar' is melodious, gentle and soothing to the soul as you prepare to go into and come out of meditation. The laugh is a nice tinge welcoming you back to the present moment.Great stuff!"

"No better way to pass a stressful day
in the office than On Sacred Ground,
(except maybe Meeting by the River by
Ry Cooder, or the Darkest Midnight, by
Noirin Riain). On Sacred Ground soars."
