The prior reviewer was right: if you love "the Chris Joss sound" you will absolutely love this set that's in the same vein as the good MAN WITH A SUITCASE and DR. RHYTHM sets, and the phenomenal YOU'VE BEEN SPIKED set.



Groove-a-licious to the nth degree, TO is not a masterpiece like YOU'VE BEEN SPIKED but deserves 5 stars because it represents the best of this hard-to-categorize genre (at least that I've yet heard). Further, it's easily the best thing out of ESL within the past 12 months. And the album graphics are nicely done, with a mildly psychedelic effect that perfectly fits the song titles and sounds.

"I love this CD! It has a retro lounge vibe with a wackiness that is very listenable. very up beat and fun. If you like Tipsy, Old DJ dimitri from Paris, Nicola Conte, and Janpanese pop(it has a similar 60's esthetic).I think you would love it. It makes me want to drink a cocktail and dance on a Saarinen coffee table."
