"As a fan of the original "Hellraiser" score, this one too doesn't let you down. Not only does it pay tribute to the original, but, it creates some pretty chilling atmospheres on it's own. It's rare that you find a score that can stand apart from the film (some can't and it's their strength) but this one can. Working on a much larger scale, Young relishes the chance to create atmospheres which are at moments gothic, at moments amazonian, and at moments brilliantly unnerving (the 'Leviathon' track with it's booming horn and mumbling voices comes to mind). For any fan of loud scores this is a must own."
MUSICA DE LA TIERRA.....Y MAS..

"Christopher Young's score for "HELLBOUND" is a totally original recording. It is on a very grand scale & easily evokes a sense of something fantastic & mystifying. It is rare one hears a film score so original. If you saw the inferior film some of the pieces will have you recall its bloody images. A stand-out track would be track 4, a great track with heavy horns and smooth swooping strings. Another is track 8, this track has the sound that the 'Leviathan' made in the film, the great loud & booming horn is heard throughout much of the track, this is a nice experimental piece."
Stunning music I've never tired of hearing!!!!

"This is perhaps the most grandiose and elegant, yet dark and unsettling music I've ever heard. Without even seeing the movie people can easily grow to love this! To me, almost Lovecraftian in atmosphere, you can listen to this entire score of music and still keep the mood with you long after you're turned off your player!"
THE MOST MAGNIFICENT HORROR SOUNDTRACK ON EARTH!!!!!!

"How could anybody say no to this score? It arouses every emotion inside of you; a mixture of every type of horror track possible. The best tracks are Hellbound, Dead or Living, Leviathan, Headless Wizard, but hey, they're all the tops. If you want a soundtrack with the most feeling and fright possible, this is the one you want. Additional is a beautiful guitar solo at the end. The British sure know what symphony orchestras to pick. Too bad the movie itself was such a piece of crap."
Kick -ss!

"The movie was excellent, and the music was even better! It's classical, but the haunting melodies added to the mystery of the movie. A good collection to turn on a blacklight and sit and think to. Get a lot of incence to burn and bring a friend to contemplate the movie and the meaning of life!!!"
