"If you are a smooth jazz lover you should know by now who's this exquisite guitar player, composer, producer and arranger. Chuck Loeb is one the most gifted musicians you can come across these days. His recordings as a solo artist and producer/composer for other genre's artists have been around in the radio stations dedicated to the format well over a couple decades with enormous success. This great compilation will round up many of his #1 hits, althought I'm pretty sure some more are missing. "Tropical", "The Music Inside", "Bring it", "Ebop", "North, South, East and West" are probably the most recognizable but overall the compilation is right on the money. (I personally would've liked to include "Sierra Nevada" althought I'm not sure if it was a #1). It's great material for those avid fans of Chuck Loeb like me. Long overdue, this cd is a "must" and I'm pretty sure once you listen to it you're gonna "loeb" it!"

"It just boggles my mind how underappreciated Chuck Loeb is with his listening audience. Folks listen to his infectious guitar licks and like his elegant music but seldom realize who is playing. So much so, could it be the underlining reason to publish #1 Smooth Jazz Radio Hits? Well to musically answer the questions, who is Chuck Loeb, and what songs does he plays that we obviously like so well, permit the submission of exhibits 1-12 on this CD. Listen to the evidence for yourself and determine your decision. I've made mine long ago since listening to his "The Moon, the Stars and the Setting Sun" CD. I luv me some Chuck Loeb!"
