Any album of his is wonderful and, a true classical journey into great pop songwriting. This CD along with 'Gaye and other short stories' are nice windows to his music! A truly underated writer who is known quietly to many, Clifford T Ward will, in his own way, have left his mark! I only pray they have the grace to re-release his albums as originally recorded someday. Particularly, 'Mantlepieces'
