"OK, first off, to the kids review below, this is a review of a Coheed and Cambria CD Single, not a defense for all your immature tastes in music. There's a reason that your's is labeled a Kids review and that is so that no one will actually take into account what you say, seeing as you are most likely an 8 year old Emo whos father never hugged him. Your actual review of the song was 6 words long. If the most intelligent thing you can think of to say is "THE SUFFERING IS A CRAPPY SONG!" then shut up. If you can't appreciate a wonderful song with inventive mixing of music styles than you have such little experience. The Offspring and Green Day, as well as Linkin Park rely solely on mindless fools like you who accept a simple guitar riff combined with a childish drum beat topped off with lyrics that are less than mindless drivel as rock to make up thier fan base. They are all decent bands, yet all sell outs. Coheed and Cambria stays true to their inventive style and engaging story with this song. Not even my favorite Coheed song, yet this truely represents the albums diverse musical style. Any more kids that want to pretend to know something about music, go to an "I love Linkin Park" forum and discuss your horrible upbringing with other emos like yourself. This is overall a great song. Your unintelligent review is slowly destroying the brain cells of everyone just by exsisting. Once again, great song, yet don't rush out to buy the albums just yet. They definately have a style that people can hate. Go to their Pure volume or their Myspace and listen to the tracks that they have there before making a decision.

"the guy under my comment, seems to act like he knows lots of bands and that he's write, until you see has band list...
Muse???
Sum 41? - sum 41 is a lame copy of blink 182 and is totally commercial, it's a record company product
linkin park? - after the show with jay-z you see who they really are
Coheed And Cambria are one of the top ten bands of the decade, if not the best, Claudio is a genius writer who has a great talent for writing good story and songs that all sound different from each other.

"The real deal with this single is the live recording of 'The Final Cut,' since The Suffering is, of course, available on Coheed & Cambria's album "Good Apollo...." I had the extreme honor of being able to hear this song first-hand, and this recording is a very good substitute for those who are not fortunate enough to have heard it at a concert. It clocks in at just over 14 1/2 minutes, just like any of the live performances!
Also, the artwork is very neat. It is basically just images from the 'Good Apollo...' graphic novel (which is also worth a purchase if you're up to it!). Overall, I am very happy that I bought this, and recommend it to any Coheed fan!"
