"The Comas are amazing. This Chapel Hill foursome made an understated splash with their first album "Wave to Make Friends." Brian Paulson's masterful production of "A Def Needle in Tomorrow" propels them way beyond the low-fi, woozy charm of "Friends" on up into the indie rock stratosphere. They're up there now, watching us from on high as we walk around looking like ants. I listened to this album once and at least three songs stuck in my head for the entire day. I listened to it a second and third time and the whole damn thing has glommed onto my brain and won't let go. I can't wait to listen to it again. Join me in reverence and reverie of the Comas. Buy this CD."
