"This last of a 4-volume collection of Sibelius' complete piano music is

a worthy conclusion to the earlier volumes, and a true eye-opener (perhaps more appropriately put, ear-opener). The heavy Nordic flavor

of Sibelius' well-known and -admired works is nowhere to be found in these

superb recordings by the British (originally South African) pianist Annette Servadei -- most of the short pieces are delightfully airy works,

simple and melodious which even savvy experts would be hard to put to identify correctly as those of Sibelius. A true discovery (for me at least) which should provide many hours of unalloyed listening joy."
