"Kris reviewed this for Raves.com/Djfix.com and had this to say.. "Cordovan's Highway 10 Blues is not really blues. It's a seamlessly solid platter of moody jazz stylings. Cordovan's fusion of electronica and organic elements quickly absorbs the listener and carries him through a journey that reaches its conclusion surprisingly soon. Whether it's a short CD (I didn't time it) or it's just that good (which is what I think), you won't be checking your watch or looking to see which track you're on. I said this disc is a journey, and it truly is. While this is a batch of separate tracks, each its own, the music flows so well together you won't be conscious of track to track progression; rather, you will experience travel with this music as your companion. The disc carries you on a trip across a soundscape mixing jazz horn work and electronic textures that embraces ambient, chillout and experimental approaches. This compelling music, through the course of its running time, touches on smooth jazz, freestyle jazz, slight funk and more, always able to prod gently in different directions without jarring the listener. The tracks segue from one to the other with such subtlety one is left with the sensation of having encountered one long and highly listenable work that doesn't leave you in the same place you were when you started. Four and a half stars.""
