I am familiar with "Treat Her Like A Lady" and "It's Too Late To Turn Back Now" so I always liked this group. These are some of my favorite soul tunes. I'd hear them intermittently on Oldies Radio over the years and it's always a treat to hear them.
What I like the best about Cornelius Brothers & Sister Rose music is the vocal harmony, and the lead vocals in particular. This group harmonized very well.
All of the songs on this disc were written by the group except one, most by Eddie Cornelius, a gifted songwriter in his own right.
Their cover of Bill Withers' "Ain't No Sunshine" does the song justice.
Track 7 "Got To Testify" and tack 12 "Let Me Down Easy" are two newfound, soulful treasures I found on this cd.
This album has some smooth, easy-listening, soul music that you just don't find in today's music.
I give it 5 stars because every song is a pleasure on the ears.

"Took me back to my teen years of the early 70's. Don't get to hear these too often on the radio so I went in search of ownership. Got it ... love it."
