"While several other CDs of Mr. Manzotti didn't meet good public reception for various reasons (bad live recordings, poor orchestras etc.), this one is arguably the very best of his production.

In a music scene where many productions all look, sound and feel the same, this roller-coaster of vocal fireworks supporting an excellent program with an original theme that actually makes sense, is a real treat.



Many people have a love or hate reaction with Manzotti's singing... but if you love him or are just curious about his uncommon vocal technique, get this the CD. Besides, the package also includes many extra features, like the scores in pdf format, and these alone are worth the price of the CD.



The recording also gives us a chance to appreciate other talented artists like recorder/flute player Lorenzo Cavasanti and maestro Tito Ceccherini who has, since then, released several excellent CDs focusing on contemporary and XX century music with much success"
