"I can't believe the reviewer that gave this album 2 stars. Give your head a shake buddy. This is an artist album and artist albums, at least with DJ's, are always different than the mix cd's they put out. The Magik series are mixed cd's not artist albums like "Just Be". Yes, the songs are going to be slower and more experimental but that is the way most artist albums are, take it or leave it.



Now, to say the album sucks is just plain nasty. "Traffic" has been in high demand as well has "Love comes again". Personally I prefer the Mark Norman mix of "Love comes again" as I to love the faster and harder edge of trance, but to expect an artist album to be the same as an artists mixed cd, come on. The track "Nyana" was on his latest mixed cd Nyana and the last track, which is his remix of Adagio for Strings, is worth the price of this cd alone.



If you want other examples of artist albums that are different than the mix cds just look at the top names in the industry (i.e. Armin van buuren, Ferry Corsten, Sasha, Paul van Dyk) and you will see that when it comes to Artist albums they are going to be the stuff on the minds of the artist and the way THEY want them produced and presented. This does not mean this is the same way they will present their tracks in a club or at an event. But to compare an artist album to a mix cd just can not be done. You have to take the two for what they are. A mix cd is a representation of a set that the artist would do in a club or at an event and the Artist album is more of a personal look into that artist and what they are feeling or have been feeling up the point of production and release.



Tiesto's worst? Not in your wildest dreams. As far as artist releases go this is one of the better ones. And if you can pick up the one with the bonus remix disc it will give you a look at how other artists see Tiesto's music."

Just Be (Bonus DVD)?

"like someone said above... Where's the DVD?It's advertised as being accompanied by a DVD, not just the 2 cd set. First disc being the normal "Just Be" album and the 2nd disc being the remixes. So where's the DVD?Were we bothed shipped the wrong item? Or is this just false advertising?"
