Where the heck is Bop?

"I was so excited when this cd was released because it was high time that a fourth best of collection was given to fans of the legend that is Dan Seals. I of course already owned The Best, Greatest Hits and the The Best of. If ever someone needed a fourth disc of the same hit songs, it's Dan Seals. So I picked up this gem based on the album cover. Has Dan ever looked more rodeoclownish? So with this thing saying certified, I assumed there was some kind of process his songs went through before they would become a certified hit. Much like a certified Lexus, you need to really make sure this thing is quality. So I'm listening through and the song "Bop" seems to not be showing up. I turn the CD over and realize it's not on there. HOW DO YOU NOT CERTIFY BOP AS A HIT??? Bop is only the greatest country song this side of "Two sparrows in a hurricane" or anything Bon Jovi as reduced themselves to doing.
I'm not happy right now. I thought Dan was a little bit arrogant early in his career when he called himself England Dan. I mean, he's great, but if he thinks he represents all of England, I think he's crazy. I don't even know if he plays soccer.
Anyway, avoid this one, it's not certifed by me. Therefore, it's average."
