From the driving, yet uplifting tech-house jam "Teleportation", with its arpeggiated synth stabs and lush breakdown, to "I know it's you", with its emotional string melody and whispy, floating atmospheres, along with tracks that combine old-school Chicago house flavor with a dark yet beautiful, new-school aesthetic, Larry Heard's final album is well worth being referred to as "nothing short of heart-stopping" and should be purchased at all costs (literally).This CD contians complex drum programming, thoughtfullness, well-orchestrated synths, and, in my opinion, emits a deep, musical metaphor of love and other emotions; but, you can make it whatever you want.
