"I first heard of Darling Violetta on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, and from that moment, I was hooked. Bath Water Flowers was definitely worth the two months it took to ship to the UK; every song has a very different feel to it and Darling Violetta provide a great balance between slightly surreal but distictly human lyrics and gorgeous tunes held together by the haunting sound of strings. This is a strange, beautiful, addictive and extremely versatile CD, despite its length. I recommend it to anyone with a soul."

"Cami and Jymm and the players are just wonderfull in this CD. It's great to see that the talent is not wasted. I wish they'd produce more CD's like this so more people will get familiar with the music. Last time I went to their concert and they opened with "Cocoon" - the audience was mesmorized by the sounds of both voice and music."
DV is FANTASTIC you just gotta hear them.

"Darling Violetta is an absolutely unique, fabulous band. They mix bizarre, beautiful, even a little creepy music with vivid, true lyrics. If your looking for the downward spiral of the fraudulent music of today you won't find it here. So sorry. Just music with real and meaningful words that will make you wish you had discovered Darling Violetta a lot sooner. "Numb" is my favorite song on Bath Water Flowers I don't know why it just really connects with me. Anyway if you have any sense at all you'll definitely get this CD as well as The Kill You EP."

"Darling Violetta is obviously influenced by the likes of Led Zeppelin to Mazzy Starr. Powerful female vocals and very strong musicians."
