"Daryl's albums just get better and better. Her wacky cover photo should not discourage you. She sings with elements of Blossom Dearie and Susannah McCorkle with a style that is all her own. The arrangements on this CD are the best ever, gorgeous ballads, and a fabulous non-vocal version of "Lullaby of Birdland" that really swings. Steve Futterman of The New Yorker named it one of the best CD's of 2006."
