Terrific compilation of prior electric guitar works

"Rewired - the Electric Collection is a real treat and a must have for anybody who appreciates jazz guitar virtuoso. Over the years Daryl has composed the full range of jazz guitar scores on his earliers CD's that, required by his former lable company, includes an even distribution of steel acoustic and nylon string guitar work. All excellent work of course, but a little sparse on the edgy electric jazz that Daryl plays so fantastically well. Rewired pulls all the electric work together on one CD and kicks of the playlist with Yin Yang Boogie. You can immediately sense the influence of John McLaughlin and Jean Luc Ponte in this score, but this is all Daryl Stuermer and it is my all time favorite. Determined and Deadline are awesome scores as well as the remainder of the CD. If your car CD player is filled with 'driving' music, Rewired is a must have addition to your collection."
