Herrmann | RICHMOND,VA | 04/14/2010 (5 out of 5 stars) "David Friesen's duets with the virtuosic pianist Denny Zeitlin are always special with improvisation of merit; this is the treat for me, their two tracks. From a 1992 live session @ the Jazz Bakery, Friesen's lyrical ballad "In Times Past," and Zeitlin's ballad "Maybe in Spring" are the highlights on this album for me!
