CD ReviewsSuch a talented artist Phil MG | Guadalajara, Jal. Mexico | 12/31/2003 (5 out of 5 stars) "OK, first it's not easy to gather music from this talented musician in Mexico, even in the States. Not very commercial, but very well appreciated by his fans. It's clear Davíd experiments with acoustic sounds as electronic, but this CD is full of acoustic performances. I have no complains about any of the material he has made, and I really like this album because he's ahead of the rest and tops himself as a songwriter and performer, and someone who knows how much is going on in his repertoir could be doubtful. He's gifted, he's honest, not many artists have preserved these values as long as Davíd (more than a decade). If you can get any of his material, believe me, it will be a great experience. He likes to do things by his own therms. Anyway, his music is amazing." Buy it! cgianadda | dallas, texas | 05/17/2000 (5 out of 5 stars) "i found this guy waaaaay back when eyes wide open was released (still my favorite album), and i fell madly in love with his music. he's very unique, and every album is completely different from the last. the first time i heard him he reminded me of rusted root, sort of funky folk but with a latin twang to his guitar and the B52s singing backup. he's still relatively unknown even in texas, so it's nice to see some reviews from other parts of the country." Woo candice hartsough | Indianapolis, Indiana United States | 01/26/2002 (5 out of 5 stars) "i first saw david at borders not too long ago, and i fell in love with him ... and kingdom come and go is the perfect reminder of that great accoustic evening. I still think This Euphoria is my all time favorite of his, but this one is wonderful in its own almost-unfinished-like way."
