"This is a collection of re-recorded versions done when Houston was no longer the singer he once was. It's half of what's on the import 20-song collection. BAD! Seek out the originals as Houston was great in his prime."

"This album proves David Houston could still sing his early hits really well. He rarely sang any of his early hits except Almost Persuaded and Livin in a house full of love, I don't understand why, I use to think maybe he could no longer carry those high notes but wait till you hear "You mean the world to me", he still had what it took. David houston was a great singer till the day he died."
DON'T BUY THIS CD !

"Terrible,Terrible,Terrible. In the late 60's/early 70's David Houston had some GREAT tunes. I still have the original 45rpm's I purchased back then. If that's what you want to hear, DON'T buy this CD. Sadly these recent REMAKES of his hits proves that an old has been should spend his time reminising on his front porch instead of the recording studio."
