"It must be over a week now, that I've been playing this CD, over and over again.I have 2 other DEADBOLT CD's, which I also listen to..
but it is Zulu Death Mask that has me captivated.
I have tried mixing in some Doors and some solo guitar Jazz...
but I have to keep putting ZDM back into the player.I've actually contacted the bass player from this band..
and have just sent him exotic custom guitar picks that I make.I've got 2 more DEADBOLT CD's on order.
My first purchase was 'Voodoo Trucker',
because of the astonishing 'Roadside Cross'.It's a phenomenal song..
but the masterpieces just keep coming on the Zulu Death Mask CD.
The bad news is:
There is a song called 'October in Zimbabwe'.
The good news is:
There are 14 great songs on this one CD !Someone in another review said it best, when describing this band...ATMOSPHERIC I have CD's by Dick Dale and also the Ventures.
DEADBOLT is KILLER VOODOO SURF VIBE, beyond compare.
