CD Reviews

Excellent comeback by a long missed artist
E. O'Brien | Old Field, NY USA | 10/01/1999
(4 out of 5 stars)

"Not having released a new record in 17 years, Dean Friedman is back with this 2CD collection, chock full of songs about life, love and stuff. It's a great set. Dean's wonderful tenor voice still sounds loud and clear, and he's been sorely missed."
Well worth the wait
E. O'Brien | 02/09/2000
(5 out of 5 stars)

"Like a good wine that gets better over time, Dean Friedman returns after a 17-year hiatus with a magnificent collection of 28 songs. The voice is still as strong as it used to be. The songs clearly show that the man has grown older and better. This is definitely my favorite album in 1999. Although it was well worth the wait, I hope the next one doesn't take that long. Life is short."
