"I was absolutely amazed how quickly the fatique I was feeling turned around after using these techniques. Not only do I have more energy, but I am also dropping weight and eating better. I have more energy to exercise and have been finding that I can get through the day without a nap anymore and have much energy to spare. I really enjoyed the cds. I have used some of the techniques and others I have chosen not to use, but I still am acheiving great results. I also enjoyed listening to Chopra's voice. It has a very soothing, relaxing appeal. He has a charming accent and a nice demeanor. Thanks so much for creating the program, I'm sure it will change my life!!!"
