"This CD is worthless. To be effective, affirmations should be positive. This CD contains negative statements. Affirmations should be present tense. This CD contains affirmations that are not present tense. Affirmations should be clear and understandable. This CD contains affirmations that are mystical and ambiguous. The speaker goes from one affirmation to another without pause. Thus, the listener has no time to think about or repeat the affirmations. Stay away from this CD."

Great affirmation/mediation CD

"This is a great CD. Some of my personal favorities: Acceptance, Bonding, Compassion, Judge Not Today, Kindness, Love, Mindfulness. My absolute favorite is Garden of My Soul. What a beautiful poem: "In my garden the rose opened, but I was too much in a hurry and passed it by. Love remembered me and said, 'I will make a rose bloom in your heart.' Today I will remind myself that my body is the garden of my soul." Worth purchasing and listening to, even if you only listen to it while commuting.

"I have been using these affirmations for about a week now and could not be happier with them! I am new to any sort of guided meditations, but these are phenominal. I listen to several each morning, depending on how I feel, and several more throughout the day. I am very impressed! I highly reccomend this CD! I put it on my ipod so I can use it when I want/need to!"
