"I believe, for those that reviewed preludes and expressed the desire to find this artist's second album, they are both here. I own 1 and 2 on vinyl and from what I can tell this is 1.and 2. This cd should be well worth buying as you are getting to cds for the price of one and considering the quality of the music well be enjoyed for as many more years as it has been around."

"If you like funky Brazilian jazz, give Eumir Deodato a listen. He played electric keyboard, and his terrific style was enhanced by great horns, guitar and percussion. Deodato had a huge hit with his adaptation of "2001" (Also Sprach Zarathustra) in the early 1970s, but has largely been out of the spotlight since, at least in the US. Here, you get the album "2001" is on; in addition his followup album is featured, so you get some 68 minutes of music for one low price. In addition to 2001, other worthy tracks are "Carly and Carole", "Prelude to the Afternoon of a Faun", "September 13", "Super Strut" and his version of Gershwin's "Rhapsody in Blue". Good stuff to listen to in your car late at night, or better yet, with your date at any time."

"This is excellent music in my opinion however every bit of the Music in the Title "Prelude" is also in the CD "Preludes & Rhapsodies" Why Amazon.com decided to offer both together is beyond me. I have suggested they take a look into this. Until then take a pass on the "Better Together" button and add something else if you would like more music. Deodato has several more very good items on Amazon."
