Born and raised in Bridgeport, Connecticut, Deon Kipping is one of the newest members of the Verity Records family. An established songwriter and producer, he has written hits for JJ Hairston & Youthful Praise ("Incredible God") and Marvin Sapp ("Praise Him In Advance" from the Gold-selling Thirsty release). He has also written and/or produced for RiZen, Byron Cage, and the legendary Rev. Timothy Wright.

The music on "I Just Want to Hear You" is contemporary gospel that will appeal to fans of Kirk Franklin, Youthful Praise featuring J.J. Hairston and Deitrick Haddon Deon started his stint at Verity Records as one of the opening acts on label mate Kirk Franklin's Fearless Tour last November.
