"Music for meditation. Music for reflection. Music for relaxation. In the explosion of technology, wall street, sky scrapers, pollution, the population explosion, AIDS, cancer, inflation......we are feeling alienated, distressed, overwhelmed, insignificant......and we long for quiet, privacy, quality, fresh air, clean water, no CNN around the clock, a weekend with nothing to do......this disc offers a momentary pause, a momentary respite from the pettiness, the burdons, the daily grind, a sanctuary of health and healing......we hear the tambourine, the drums, the wind, the thunder, the chanting, the rain......for a short time you might escape from all your troubles, from the heaviness all around......and feel something good, a momentary renewal, something to take with you when you return to the jaws of our modern day jungle. ps: I especially like track two, "Spirit Rain". This was the selection that I heard before I purchased the cd."
This is a remarkable CD!

"I have owned this CD for 10 years now, and it still is my favorite! I often use it for meditation and relaxation. I honestly don't care for the other things that Dik Darnell has done, but Following The Circle is amazing. I recommend it highly!"
