"You enter the Basilica of the Sacred Heart on the campus of The University of Notre Dame for 11:45 mass and expect the usual "Smells and Bells" of standard church-going fare. Instead, you are rivited to your seat as the Notre Dame Folk Choir performs music that truly grabs the attention of God Herself. I was fortunate enough to hear the African Glory to God live on Easter Sunday 1999, and am eagerly waiting for the CD to arrive so that I can recapture that sense of true joy. What a treat to have this incredible music available whenever I need it!"

"When I was at school at ND, I used to look forward to 11:45 Mass on Sundays -- primarily because of the music. The music of the ND Folk Choir can literally lift you from your seat, make tears come to your eyes and infuse a feeling of sweet joy in your Soul. This CD has two of my favorite songs: the African Gloria and Jina Bwana. Anyone who comes to my house, gets to hear this CD on Sundays. I played this CD for my father who sings in a choir in Houston and he was so taken by it he wants to get his choir to sing some of these songs. It is kinetic energy at its best."

"Steve Warner and the Folk Choir strike again, showing why they're so popular throughout America, England and Ireland. They have a dynamic style that has never been more apparent than on this album. Anyone who appreciates good liturgical music should not be without this album. Absolutely incredible songs sung absolutely beautifully. One of my favorites."
