Electronic beats, echoing effects, industrial noises, and cascading, roaring guitars make for a thick, dreamy mix. The record, like a lot of rock music, suffers from talentless, hollering-in-the-void vocals. Apparently this was an English group who were together from the late 1980s to the mid 1990s."
