"As a serious Disturbed fan, I was rather disapointed with this collection. It contains two CD's and a "poster" of the band, none of which were worthy of the band which it professes to exalt.



The first CD is titled "Disturbed: the Interview." It's just a bunch of audio clips from radio (and TV?) broadcasts with the band (David speaks most of the time). The audio quality of these interviews are... inconsistant. Disturbed's website consistantly has better media, both in terms of quality and quantity.



The second CD is a naration of the band's history titled "Maximum Disturbed." Frankly I find the narator's voice annoying, but that's just my oppinion. The background audio is ok, (it takes the edge off the narator). As for the information given, some of it is interesting, but most (if not all) of it can be found through Disturbed's own website and/or their DVD "Disturbed M.O.L." M.O.L. which I do own and am well pleased with it.



What irriates me most about the second CD is that it ends at the point where they just released the Believe album. It makes no mention of the departure of the bass player Fuzz, the joining of John Moyer, the Ten Thounsand Fists album, the Indestructible album, or any of the new trials, tribulations, and triumphs of touring since. If this had been release back in 2003, I could understand, however this was released this year (2008) and is being combined with the Indestructible album. 5 years of missed history is just inexcusible.



Fnally, the poster is a joke. It is little more than an album cover, and not even a good one.



At the end of the day, I say that your money would be better spent on the Disturbed DVD that I already mentioned, the albums (The Sickness, Believe, Ten Thousand Fists, and Indestructible) or at the official Disturbed store.
