Both funny and philosophical. Excellent vocals.

"Doug Mccleod's band has played at the Sedona(Az) Jazz festival and was the only group to get the crowd off their tails and dance. He was introduced as the finest vocalist in America. His songs are about his life and are stories told in some funny ways. Highly recommended for a blues fan and for those who like ballads."
Should have been recorded live.

"Before this album was recorded, I heard all of these songs performed numerous times at Rueben's On the Rocks in Redondo Beach, California. While this is an excellent album, it doesn't do justice to the music the way a live performance does. Nonetheless, I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to ensure their collection of Doug's music is complete. My signed copy would be worn thin if CDs worked that way."
Best CD Doug MacLeod has done!

"It makes no difference what this man does for it is always great! This is the best of his cd's over all! Dubb is really great, too, but this one has more variety and is fantastic! You can't go wrong by buying any of his music!"
