This one features brainwave frequencies combined with nature sounds. I particularly enjoyed "Beta - Awakened Rainforest" and "Theta - Meditative Stream". I've found the Beta CD to be excellent for clearing out the cobwebs on these dark winter mornings. It really helps me to get myself going in the A.M. The Theta CD is also very useful. I use it both for deepening self-hypnosis sessions and for unwinding before going to bed. The Alpha and Delta CD's are very similar to past Thompson releases, which is the only reason I'm not giving this collection a full five stars."
