"Most people don't like new-school D.A.(post "Viva"), but I do, and thats not the point of this review. Before k.j. finally gave in to his hip hop/garbage rock flavor, when D.A. was still punk, "Mustang!" was the shining moment of their portfoilo. While I must admit "Buzz Songs" does come close, it couldn't quite match the bravado and soul that the band throws at you in this one. Notables are "My Friend," "Where Where Where," "Cowboy F**k!," and "Fever," of course. If you are any kind of D.A. fan, Fever is your national anthem."
Rock Roots

"It's hard to place this cd in the same catagory as all of their other cd's, as they all posses a different flavor. This one sticking mainly to their rock roots. A heavy influence form the "Smashing Pumpkins." "Mustang" is an incredible effort from these j-rock/pop/rap ledgends."
