A Very Rare Band.

"I can't believe this has only two reviews?! The only other release that I could compare to this (and I still think this album will go down as one of the best Death Metal releases ever) is I, Monarch from Hate Eternal. I agree with the other two reviewers on this: way more involved than anything Morbid Angel has done, and the louder you turn this up, the more this band draws you into their void of atmospheric, evil intensity.
As far as I'm concerned, the only thing this band has to prove to any fan is, can they duplicate the atmosphere of their releases on stage in front of a live audience? As amazing a Death Metal band as these guys are, I'm sure the answer is, yes.
If there were 10 stars for this it would get it. Hail Drawn & Quartered!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
Evil, pure evil!!!

"
To describe this album is not the typical Morbid Angel "clone". This guys plays extremenly well their instruments, and you know what? They creates a unique evil atmosphere that's feel from the first song through the last. Very good album, and recommended!!"

"This album is evil as hell and that's no joke. Very few bands manage to play death metal and sound malevolent. For Drawn and Quartered, it appears to be in their nature to be just that. The music hits you with sheer intensity. Turn it up even louder and you'll feel like you're being beaten unconsciously. From pure bursts of adrenaline-filled drum blast/rolls combination to interesting bass lines, and a few exceptional guitar soloing thrown in for good measure, Hail Infernal Darkness is a tumultuous experience."
