Songs from the first 3 records...

"D.R.I. have been around along time now, from Hardcore Punk to Thrash Metal. This CD lets you hear what they did from 1983-1987. A few songs from: Dirty Rotten LP [1983]...Dealin' With It [1985] & Crossover [1987]. All the songs from Dirty Rotten LP sound exactly like they were taken from the record itself, the rest sound decent. The artwork stinks, very boring, just pictures of fliers from shows of yesterday. I think Anarchy Music [the label that released this compilation] or the band, could have done a better job.
The track listing is way off, & I think they could've added more songs from other albums after "Crossover" because it runs @ 39:27. So this is not a true "Hitz" CD, but I think it would be good for a beginner listener who is curious about Dirty Rotten Imbeciles.
Also, if your curious about the "Crossover" album, which shocked the hardcore punk fans [because of how Thrash Metal it was], this CD has a few from that album as I stated above. Good Luck finding the CD though because everyone is selling it at an outrageous price :(
