"Well folks, after years of waiting, the population's craving of some good Snoop Dogg music has finally been quenched. This cd is one of the best I have gotten in a long time. It has great beats and smooth lyrics that stay in your head all day. I'm not kidding, if you liked Snoop back in the Doggystyle days, then pick up this cd and listen to it, it's real. It beats out St. Lunatics and D12 by a long shot. I have been waiting for a good Dogghouse cd ever since I heard let downs like Da Game is 2 Be Sold and stuff like that. No fooling, hook up with this album, a taste of old school mixed with new millenium. It's hot."
The History and Culture Of Good Music Is Here To stay

"From Blues , Jazz, funk , to rap; good rhythme is very important
and should never be forgotten. Rock stars remember Elvis and Jimmy Hendricks for their achievements and contributions to music. The Beetles are constantly praised for their style of music, many artist have mimicked their styles along with thier own flavor. Snoop has done that as well, by acknowleging the great Funk Masters of the past and adding his own flavor. His style of rap is so unique, that people of all ages will enjoy listening. Snoop closes the generation gap; where as a young person may not listen to Bootsie's Rubber Band they will listen to Snoop and get a taste of the Funkadelic erra and enjoy it. The more matured adult who would not ordinarilly listen to rap, will listen to Snoop Dogg because they loved the Funk erra and hear that strategically played in his music. Snoop's music is great!!"
Dope album

"I love this album! It's ten times better than the first one, and that one was great too. I'm a true underground head, so I don't really check for the West Coast besides Xzibit & Ras Kass. But this album is really good. DJ Hi Tek, Alchemist, DJ Pooh, Battlecat, Fred Wreck, Meech Wells, Swizz Beats and more. A perfect album."

"Firstly, i'm a BIG fan of Snoop and love all hiz work! I've recently even learned to like Tha Game Is Not To Be Sold so I must like him!! I just can't see how people like this over the original Snoop Dogg Presents! Fair enough this is a five star effort from Tha 'sidaz but the first effort wuz more of what I wanted.. It's faster and still comes correct on the lyrical front.People are right, production is tighter on this one.. But slower, other people seem to not mention this, maybe that doesn't matter to them but it does to me. Also I need to say (as no-one else does) Tray Deee has to be my favourite rapper, he's soooo talented with hiz rhymes. Hiz voice is gravely and rough but hiz ryhmes are smooth and slick.. Every word seems to rhyme which is hard to find! Snoop n Goldie Loc are o.k but Tray blows them both away!!All songs on the album are good, some are excellent - I Love It & Now Is The Time - but like I said it's good but slow... If you like the ol' G-Funk go for the 1st album Snoop Dogg Presents Tha Eastsidaz before you get this as it IS superior (don't listen to every1 else), but essentially you need both. Peace"
One of the best albums of the year

"The latest Eastsidaz album is really amazing. Snoop has never sounded better and Tray Dee and Goldie Loc are showing strong signs of improvement. The album also features guest spots from the likes of Nate Dogg, Kokane, Butch Cassidy, Doggy's Angels, Bad Azz, Suga Free, and Mobb Deep. The production on the album is also top notch from the likes of Fred Wreck, Meech, Scott Scorch, Alchemist, Jelly Roll, and Battlecat. This album has been slept on by the industry, but is one of the top albums of the year. Buy this~~"
