"This is very different from most other piano CD's and has a very meditative quality to it. I was very skeptical about the use of electronic sounds to supplement the piano but it's done very discretely and very much enhances the depth of the music. This is the CD to put on when you really want to relax and look at your pictures from that trip to Alska. It's very deep, rich, sensual music. It's not quite new age but has some of that quality to it. One of my all time favorite CD's."

Another side of Mr. Moore

"This has a very intimate quality to it. Mr. Moore must have done this at a time of calm and peace in his life. He produced it with his then wife, Brogan Lane, who was very supportive of his music. (Thank you, Ms. Lane for egging him on to do this!) My favorites are "Waltz for Suzy" and the theme from his underestimated movie "Six Weeks". (There is a highly emotional version of this theme in his other album "Live from an aircraft hangar"). Good to listen to over candlelight dinner or just winding down before bed, or while bathing!"
