Sing along to a country song...

"Getting past the more-often-than-not Billy Corgan-esque voice of Aaron Espinoza, "Filthy Doorways" pleases with an overall mixture of classic country, college noise rock, experimental soundscapes, and understated pop. The lyrics come off soft and simple, and the compositions are no different. The mood of the album is introspective and sometimes funny, and it shows no desire to educate or pontificate. The one thing I hate about this album is that it's way too short. But that's usually what happens with self-produced independent albums. I was left wanting more...and I guess that's a good thing."
