CD ReviewsA Couple Great Tracks B. Boy | Encino, CA USA | 02/12/2006 (4 out of 5 stars) "This CD takes you right to the source - recorded in the backwaters of Ontario in the middle of the night. Tracks 3 and 4 are the best, top-notch - a chorus of crickets, birds, loons (?), and even some distant, howling coyotes. The other four tracks are dominated by croaking frogs, which can get kind of repetitive, and, if played too loudly, a bit obnoxious. But other than that, Nightcapes captures the great lullabye of nighttime in the wild."
