"Overall the CD release merits strong praise and recognition. The chorography put together is professionally recorded. There is a wide range of mixtures such as Jazz, Latin, Soul, and Classical music all inter-twined throughout the songs and instrumentals. There is a compelling softer side of angelic sounds taking place on the release. And an up-tempo, high energy sound that will bring you back down to the simplistic sounds which are soulfully created by this legendary, and highly gifted musician in the music business."

"I saw a show today called " A Haunting" and heard this music by Eddie Benitez so I got on my computer and found Eddie and his music and I cannot wait for my CD to arrive! His music, the melody and lyrics are nothing short of Spectacular! I'd recommend his music to any and everyone! This music just haunts my soul and relaxes my spirit. I am looking forward to listening to it until I wear it out. Great job Eddie! You have a musical and spiritual gift that has given so much to others. God Bless You and your family."
"Lover's" is Benitez at Passionate & Spiritual Peak

"Fire--that's what we've got here. This new CD from Eddie Benitez is hot to the touch. He's the guitarist that's all about sensuality and passion and Spirit, and he's melded all that together in Lover's Never Say Goodbye and produced a CD that'll leave you crying for more . . . moving you in unexpected ways. Virtually every track is a gem deserving to be on the radio NOW. The musical and emotional range is broad and deep, from the longing and angelic inspiration of 'They Cry" to the joyous Latin dance rhythms of "New Generation" and many emotional keys in between. "Flight to Heaven" is an eclectic flight with angels who apparently like a little Latin groove in Paradise as they invite us all in to the joy of Eddie's sensuous guitar. So that stuff about harps and clouds, forget it. The angels are hosting a Benitez concert! Somehow Eddie gives us guitar playing that is uniquely powerful while still resonating with a gentle caress and a lightness of being that carries throughout this CD. Amazingly graceful and strong."
