"The albums that Eddie and Cal made together made music history in both the salsa and jazz worlds and made for a perfect marriage of both genres. The birth of Latin Jazz undoubtedly owes much to their collaborations. All of their albums were excellent but this one is my personal favorite because of "Bamboleate", "Mi Montuno", "We've Loved Before" and especially "Pancho's Seis Por Ocho"."
