"If you're still looking for it, "The Room At The Top Of The Stairs" can be found on the compilation Eddie Rabbitt 36 All-Time Greatest Hits, at Costco. I bought mine last week in Boise ID, but sad to say, Greg McDowell, songs like "Step By Step", "You and I", "You Can't Run From Love" and "Someone Could Lose a Heart Tonight" are NOT part of this collection, so the record companies still have work to do. Thank goodness I at least have them on old cassettes! It does however include "You Don't Love Me Anymore".Several of the songs on this 3-CD set were new to me. Some were really great, others "all right". But I agree with many reviewers; we lost a good 'un when Eddie passed away.Hope this information helps."

"Although I believe 30% of my bodily fluids are pure rock & roll, there are a few country artists from my "Wild Oats" days (Late 70s-early 80s) whose music is pure American popular history set to music. Eddie Rabbitt was at the top of my list at the time, and remains there today (Sadly, he died of lung cancer in 1999). I hope that one day a record company wil step up to the plate and release a truly comprehensive "Greatest Hits" colection for this talented Artist. While my personal Rabitt songs are included here ("Step By Step," "You & I," and "You Can't Run From Love"), There are a dozen Gaping omisions here, beginnng with "You Don't Love Me Anymore" from 1978 to "Someone Could Lose A Heart Tonight" from 1983! What's with these record companies? Kenny Rogers has no less than EIGHTEEN compilation albums out, excluding imports! While Kenny also put out some good songs during this time, he's a 10th the artist that Eddie Rabbitt was. Here's hoping that Rhino Records (Who did a simillar service for Christopher Cross earlier this year) will one day give this artist the showcase his work deserves. Until then, I'l continue to keep this CD on "Heavy Rotation" on my stereo!"
