""Eden's curse" is the melodic metal outfit of lead singer Michael Eden. Alongside Michael, Ferdy Doenberg (K), Thorsten Koehne (G), Pete Newdeck (D) and Paul Laugue (B) release the second chapter of the band; to say that expectations for their second album were great would be an understatement. Never the less Eden definitely delivers this time.
The hard and speedy barrage of "Masquerade Ball" followed by the mega duet "Angels &Demons" (feat Pamela Moore) which in turn leads to the tragic "Just like Judas" will undeniably please any heavy melodic metal fan.
Although the first three songs are the most impressive pieces of work this album has to offer, that is not to say that the rest of the album is not as good; with songs like "Sail on" and "Signs of your life" although softer, being equally considerate as the highlights.
"Eden's Curse" might not be the most original in terms of sound or the strongest in terms of image never the less they have put out an impressive chain of melodic metal power songs with "The Second Coming".
